Data tech stock Palantir (PLTR) had a great earnings report yesterday, but pulled back this morning by around 7% because of valuation concerns.

This is one of the best tech stocks of 2025, and I will take this 7% discount and execute a deep-in-the-money bull call spread with a 17-day expiration.

The overreaction to the earnings report shows you that sometimes these tech stocks are too hot to handle.

Therefore, I am executing a bullish short-term call spread in PLTR.

Don’t pay more than $4.15.

Buy to Open 25 November 2025 (PLTR) $170 calls at…………$25.00

Sell to short 25 November 2025 (PLTR) $175 calls at………….$21.00
