When you came by for your annual physical in April, you gave me three stock recommendations. They included Nvidia (NVDA) at $96, Gold (GLD) at $2,900 an ounce, and Freeport McMoran (FCX) at $30.

Since then, my portfolio is up 80%. My broker says this is the best performance out of his 200 clients. My wife thinks I’m doing something illegal. I assured her that I wasn’t.

As a result, I am retiring five years earlier than I planned. I will be replaced by a female doctor from the Veterans Administration in her forties, who I am told is somewhat hot.

In the meantime, I can’t wait for your next physical.
